Marriage Aknowledgement Statement

As a result of the supreme court ruling on June 26th, 2015, making same-sex marriage legal in all 50 states of the United States of America. Raising Kingdom Citizens issues this decree:

We will continue to honor the Word of Elohiym, which classifies marriage as between one man and one woman. We do not and will not aknowledge unions of marriage between two members of the same-sex. This in no way makes us against the right of same-sex couples to marry. However, as representatives of YEHOSHUA HAMASHIACH we cannot, no, we will not alter in word or action what the Holy Scriptures has stated so clearly.

The supreme court has made it's decision based on the Constitution of the United States. We have made our decision based soley on the Constitution of The Kingdom of YHWH, which is the Holy Scriptures.

We furthermore aknoweledge that the state has no right to regulate what it did not create. Therefore, we will not advise any of our affiliates to seek marriage through the state in which they reside, nor will we engage in any marriage ceremony, which has gotten a license through any state of the USA.

Marriage is a covenant between one man, one woman, and Elohiym. Therefore, we will only perform and acknowledge unions, which is administered through YEHOSHUA HAMASHIACH alone, without a license from any state in the union. However, we will aknowledge unions between heterosexual couples prior to the supreme court ruling.

Raising Kingdom Citizens is a separate independent entity under YHWH, established by YEHOSHUA HAMASHIACH. She is immune from the State's jurisdiction. The Called Out Assembly (Here to know as the "Church") does not pay income taxes, or any other kind of tax, not because it is tax exempt, but because it is immune from civil jurisdiction. YEHOSHUA HAMASHIACH is the sovereign rule and final authority, asserting His unique and sole headship of the worship center herby named: Raising Kingdom Citizens.

Raising Kingdom Citizens shall receive no governmental assistance, help, grants, or loans from the United States, or abroad and shall not incorporate its self to the state for which it resides.

There shall be no Federal jurisdiction as we will not be seeking 501c3 status, and is protected under the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States which states: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

Therefore, Raising Kingdom Citizens is an independent, Free entity unto YHWH and no one shall have the right or power to change, nullify, or alter that status as long as this worship center stands (lives).
